Each Capsule Contains:
L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed extract)…………….. 100 mg
Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), L-leucine, and silicon dioxide.

Contains: A natural source of L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) extracted from the seeds of the Griffonia plant and is certified to be free of Peak X.

SUGGESTED USE
1 capsule, 1 to 2 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
