Dopamine PAK

The Dopamine PAK (60 packets) is designed to correct a deficiency in the Catecholamine neurotransmitters usually caused by stress. The excitatory neurotransmitters, Dopamine and Norepinephrine, are called Catecholamines. Dopamine regulates short-term activities. Norepinephrine on the other hand causes generalized, sustained alertness. Dopamine can be thought of as “natural amphetamine”, an energizing, “feel good,” stress hormone.

Stressful situations cause our brains to over-release catecholamines. Stress over a long period of time can deplete our bodies of reserves of catecholamines and of key nutrients required to produce them. The key nutrients needed to make dopamine are provided in the Dopamine PAK.

Many people turn to stimulants to help them cope or give them energy. Stimulant drugs would be amphetamines, prescription drugs such as the drug Adderall, methamphetamine, cocaine and cocaine-like substances such as Ritalin. These drugs fit into the same receptors on brain cells as natural dopamine, mimicking and then disrupting the production of dopamine.

The continual use of these substances not only depletes the dopamine in your brain but shuts down the brain’s ability to produce dopamine on its own. That is why people experience such hopeless feelings and withdrawal symptoms when they try to stop or cut down using these substances. So, now they are not getting their artificial dopamine stimulation, but also they have lost the ability to produce dopamine themselves. When they stop taking the artificial substance, they have neither that substance or their own dopamine to help them feel good.
