The Cravenol PAK is designed to minimize the effects of excess glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter which is associated with anxiety, panic and cravings for alcohol. The Cravenol PAK was also designed to minimize the damage to brain cells during the alcohol withdrawal period. Each PAK is a 30 day supply with 60 individually wrapped packets.
